cute fruit bookmarks

I printed onto 250gsm smooth cardstock after adding digital names with my paint programme as these are for my young grandchildren.I cut out the bookmarks then glued back to back with ss of matching coloured card from my craftbox, using wet glue.

I then cut round the backing card.

I was tempted to add wobble eyes,but finally decided against it, considering the added volume,and added a touch of black diamond stickles instead for a bit of sparkle.

Lovely clear design for younger children, Im hoping this will encourage them with theirnew reading skills!
