Very easy to make these gift bags. I have concentrated on Christmas theme but these can be used all year round just by changing the toppers and sentiments.

Cut out the 2 and attached using double-sided tape.

Then decorated by applying the toppers using double-sided foam pads & lastly added gorgeous ribbon. Great
