I printed the designer "Teabag Tea Bag Wrapper - Valentines Day 1" on photo paper. I cut them out and made the folds as indicated and used s gel for my glue.
Then I took a couple of tea bags , put them in the wrapper and added the tag to the string.
Very cute idea.
