Please note that this has been done based on your book spine facing towards you. This is how I fold my books. This is for the combination cut and folding method. Otherwise known as a combi.
When folding a combination pattern you fold the first and last marks and cut the ones in between. I make my cut marks 1cm deep but that is just my personal preference.
