How to Make a Portable Pet out of a Fast Food Box

Directions for how to make a cut out cardboard pet from a Happy Meal box.

1. Save one of those fast-food restaurant kiddie-meal boxes with the handle.
2. Open it up.
3. Draw little windows for your personal portable pet. (PPP)
4. Cut out the windows.
5. Draw the same PPP on a piece of cardboard twice.
6. Cut them out.
7. Apply glue on one. Place a piece of string in the middle. Place glue on the other PPP half. Glue that to the one with the string on it.
8. Close the box.
9. Tape your PPP on the ceiling to let it dry.

• Keep in mind that the two PPP pictures have to be glued together; that means they can't be facing the same direction.
• Cover in felt or other cloth to have a more cuddly pet.
• Gluing should only be done by an adult or with adult supervision.
