This is how to create a paper frog lily pad. My kids collects loads of toys and she is always wanting other things like accessories
Steps

Have a piece of hard round cardboard.
- Cut in and out of the round shape
- Paint it with glitter, shapes, etc
- Now take a sheet of yellow tissue paper
- Cut out a star shape or have a tracing star shape or flower
- Stick that onto the cardboard.
- Then get a frog and put it on!

Tips
- My kids love the idea of it
- Leave it to dry before adding the glitter and tissue paper (optional)
- Leave it to dry overnight.
