How to Decorate a Balloon

1. Mix 1 tablespoon of water with 1 tablespoon of sugar to make a glue.
   
   
2. Inflate and tie the balloon.
   
   
3. Use tissue to cover the balloon with the glue.

5. Use sticky tape to attach the balloon to the wall.

• Do not put in too much water, because it won’t work.
