Make a water balloon by filling a small water balloon almost to top with water. With a string, tie a knot to the end of the water balloon. It should be the size of a tennis ball. You want your water balloon to be as round as possible so that your bouncy balloon ball will be round when you're done.

Using a pair of scissors, snip off the end of the balloon but be careful not to cut the knot along with it.

Get other balloons and snip off all their ends. Open the mouth of the one of the balloons and wrap the balloon around the water balloon.

Flip the water balloon around and wrap another balloon around the other side.

Keep wrapping balloons over the water balloon one at a time. Keep doing this and wrap from different directions. When you wrap the balloons over the core from different directions it keeps your bouncy balloon ball from being shaped like an egg. Try to keep the balloon ball as round as possible so it will bounce normally. It helps if you find the wrinkles and cover them each time you wrap.

When you are happy with your bouncy balloon ball, go outside at play with it with your friends!
Tips
- The more layers you wrap, the harder the ball gets and the higher it bounces.
- It is done quicker and better if someone else helps you. Four hands are better than two!

- Do not drop the water balloon in step one because it will soak you!
