A quillow is a quilt and a pillow built together as one. It is very helpful to have one at college, home, and on road trips.
Steps

Cut one piece of material sized 20" x 20" or 18" x 18".
- Place the faces together and sew three sides.
- Trim the edges.
- Turn right side out and iron.
- With the unsewn edge at the bottom of the material, sew the pillow to the other material.

If you want to use batting, cut the batting out the same size as your blanket.
