Steps

Choose your favorite color of duct tape and cut two strips each measuring five inches in length. Lay one on your work surface sticky side up. Lay the other strip directly on top sticky side down to create a double-sided strip.

Trim off sticky edges and round the corner if so desired. (See below for additional decoration ideas).

Use a hole puncher to punch a hole at the top of the bookmark. Be careful not to make it too close to the top edge.

Loop string or ribbon through the hole to make a decoration for the top of the bookmark.
