Steps

Cut out a 6 by 6 inch square. It can be any color.

Cut out a 3 by 3 inch square. Paste it to the 6 by 6 inch square.

Cut out some circles. Any size. They will be eyes. Paste to 3 by 3 square.

Cut out teeth. Paste to 6 by 6 square.

OPTIONAL~ Cut out a squiggly line for the tongue. Cut out ears.

Decorate.
Tips
- Put teeth under 3 by 3 square pocket
- Make the 3 by 3 square like a pocket.
Warnings
- Possibility of getting glue everywhere and possibility of paper cuts.
