Making an owl bookmark is fun for kids and yourself. It is quick easy and cheap!
Steps

Gather all your items. Make sure the materials are placed in a wide area.

Design your owl. See the Sources and Citations link for ideas on how to create your owl design.

Cut the owl out carefully and 2 strips of thick cardboard. The strips must be 4cm width by 20cm height.

Glue the cardboard together and the owl on top. The owl should take 2cm of the cardboard top.

Design your strips. The materials are endless. You can use a variety of colours and fabric. Make sure the glue quality is good.

Add a ribbon at the top behind the owl. Use sticky tape to attach it on the back.

Finished.
