Birthdays, Christmases, and other holidays bring in tons of cards. Sure, they are thoughtful and kind, but where to put them? Don't throw them away! Instead, recycle them (and save a quick buck) to create a new card!

Steps

  1. White-out every piece of writing on your card. Doing this proofs the card from being read. Even if the person receiving the card can see the white-out, they cannot see the writing.
  2. Glue construction/scrapbooking paper, stickers, cut-outs from magazines, etc. onto the card. Cover all the whited-out text. Make it look creative and spontaneous-not plain and normal.
  3. Sign your name and add personal notes if you wish! Mail or hand-deliver the card, enjoy!
  4. Finished.

Tips

  • To make the card look as if it hasn't been recycled, cover the inside with lots of embellishments.

Warnings

  • Never ever send a card back to someone who sent it to you in the first place. You don't want to be in that position.
