Have you ever got a card that you knew someone didn't put effort into making or buying? Are you that person or do you not want to be that person. Here are some tips to help.

Steps

  1. If you're under 16 you may want to remember Party Time.
    • Par-Permission Always Required.
    • Tyt-Take Your Time.
    • Ime-Imagination Mean Everything.
    • Put it all together and you have party time.
  2. Start by getting a piece of construction paper; usually the favorite color of the person your making it for.
  3. Fold the paper in half. On the front cut out pictures of some of the persons favorite things from magazines. Put glitter glue on the edges of the card or use scissors with cool edges.
  4. Write your message on the inside on one side preferably in markers. On the other side draw a picture.
  5. If you're buying a card, put yourself in the other person's shoes...would you want this card?
  6. Also, try and make the card appropriate. If this person likes funny make it humorous. If the event is sad, try to relay your sympathy.

Tips

  • Make sure what you put in the card isn't insulting
  • When you're buying a card, look under different categories for different cards
