How to Make a 3D Cube

Have you ever wondered how to make a 3D cube from paper? Here are the steps to making one...

1. Get a piece of paper and draw a cross shape on the paper using squares.
   
   
2. Add an extra square to the bottom of the cross. Make sure you have enough space to put it there.
   
   
3. Draw flaps on the top, left and right of the cross, leaving the joint two squares at the bottom as it is.
   
   
4. Cut out the cross shape with a pair of scissors.
   
   
5. Fold the left and right sides of the cross upwards so that it is a right angle.
   
   
6. Fold the longest part of the cross (the two squares) upright to form a right angle.
   
   
7. Fold the top square of the longest part of the cross over to make the top of the cube.
   
   
8. Tape or glue all six sides of the cube together. In the end you should have a six-sided cube.
