Want to make a mini race boat? If you do get duct tape,a plastic bowl,2 pencils,a napkin, and a permanent marker.
Steps

First you take your plastic bowl and a pencil. Take the pencil and put it in the middle of the bowl (so it points up) then tape it so it does not move.

Next you take the napkin and the other pencil tape the pencil on to the other pencil to make a cross. Then you tape the napkin on to make a sail.

If you want write a cool name on the boat with the marker.

Test your boat in shallow water so if it sinks you can get it back.
Tips
- Make sure you put the pencil in the middle.
- If you want race with your friends.
Warnings
- Never get in deep water without an adult.
- Don't let it float away because that would be littering.
