once you have a balloon covered in newspaper you're ready to start.
Get yellow tissue paper. tissue paper is very inexpensive and easy to use. glue the yellow tissue paper onto the pinata.
once your pinata is yellow you'll want to make a beak for your duck. to do this you can get a piece of old cardboard and cut it to desired shape and size. you can use orange paint to color it or use orange tissue paper to cover it. use a hot glue gun to glue the beak onto the pinata.
