i hate to keep bothering you but i am really stuck on how to make my a4 sheets ready for selling, i have contacted craftsupriint and they keep telling me you ran the course, can you please help me on the process of doing this please, i have beeen at it for days, and have not got a clue how to do it, i would really appreciate the help

Dear Sarah I recently purchased 11 files of beautiful wedding cards unfortunately I didn't realise the program I use and machine I use at home for cutting just not support GSD full stop is there any chance you could convert it to an SVG if I send you you which files I have purchased I will be very grateful thank you

Could you please tell me how to fold paper strips and attach them to fit the irregular shaped leaves on the poinsettia iris fold. The picture attached and the pattern supplied look more like paper piecing than iris folding. I am feeling quite frustrated trying to do iris folds on this pattern.

Hello, There is a colored line running across the design that does not look like it belongs as it is clearly visible in the oval shape and really spoils its looks. Not sure how I can get rid of it. Thought it was my printer but after using multiple printers, the line is on all of them so I looked back on here and you can definently see the line. Thank you for your assistance. Joyce

Can you explain to me the multi/inverse folds referred to in the above pattern please? I'm experienced in iris folding and origami, but I can't make out the folds.

There are watermarks all over the downloaded sheet. Is it possible the wrong file was provided for the product file download? The product is unusable the way I've received it and would like a sheet with no watermarks or a refund. Thank you.
