I took several of the elements from this kit into one of my graphics packages and resized, moved about, etc., until I had a card front layout of fractionally less than A5 in size that I was happy with.

I then printed this out onto Crafty Bob glossy paper.

I took an A4 sheet of dark Adorable Scorable cardstock and scored it in half to make an A5 base card and after trimming my printed out card front I attached this directly to the front of my base card.
