I opened the blue snowflake sheet into my photo editor. I added two white frames and cut the area out from the inside of the inner frame. Then i added a white background and some decorations into the corners of the center square.
As a focal point I added a scroll with decorations and added a bird in the middle of it. I also added red ribbon bows into the corners of the blue snowflake area. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut it out and attached it on a red base card leaving a red border to be shown.
