This card design is for sale, please see cup326197_994. I used one of these gorgeous vintage rose backgrounds decorated with Rosa Dortmund roses to make this centre stepper card.
It has a six piece decoupage layer added with 2mm foam pads. I finished with two sentiment plates and another inside.
