Terms of Use – use of My digital Artwork purchased from Craftsuprint.
These terms are between You and the Owner.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they will mean:
"Artwork": The digital assets (designs) contained within each of the purchased Files.
"Commercial Production": Creation of any product or item that exceeds 10 or more items per calendar month. Production of any items on mass scale for resale, either domestic or international.
"Craftsuprint": The website from which you purchased these files.
"Design": The artwork contained within the digital files
"Files": Digital file formats for use with Printers, Die Cutters, 3D Printers, plotters. (SVG, PNG, PDF, etc)
"I, My, Owner": Sherrie Caswell trading as Looney Lizard Creations
"Looney Lizard Creations": Trading name of the business within the United Kingdom. Also the Owner of the intellectual property.
"Personal Use": To create hand crafted items that you intend to gift to others without profit.
"Tangible Items": Any physical handmade item produced ie. cards, scrapbook pages, decorations, invitations, etc
"You, Your": The purchaser of this digital file.
1.2 When the use of the word “writing” or “written” are used in these Terms, this will include email.
2. TERMS OF USE
2.1 All Copyright remains with “Sherrie Caswell” trading as “Looney Lizard Creations”.
2.2 By purchasing these Designs You are buying the right to use My Designs under the following conditions:
1. I am granting You the use of My Designs for Personal Use OR the selling of individual handmade Tangible Items ONLY.
2. You may NOT use My Artwork in ANY Commercial Production, without my written PERMISSION.
3. You may NOT sell the original Artwork, OR any elements of My Artwork whatsoever as digital Files.
4. You may NOT redistribute or file share my Artwork to anyone whatsoever.
5. You may NOT use or alter any parts of My Artwork to remake other Files and claim these as Your own work.
2.3 Any breaches of copyright will be pursued under UK law.
