Hi sorry to be a bother but purchased the above file and trying to download the SVG files into my silhouette program I'm running the business edition the other files downloaded fine but the SVG just says "The file type you are attempting to access is not supported." Any ideas what is wrong

hi there, on printing this card, I am very disappointed as the bottom emblems are squashed so cannot be used. If you look at the image on the site they do appear squashed but didn't realise this when I purchased this

Hi Steve, I recently bought the Liverpool Legends card as I thought this would make the most amazing Liverpool fan cards, but I am so disappointed as the images are printed squashed, I am printing onto A4 size paper, please advise

i purchased this file this morning and have just cut it out on my scan n cut. The file only contains the numbers and the card base. Am i missing the shadow layer like in you picture its black.

The card looks very plain with only the card base and words.

Hi Steve, Back at my computer and have made a few purchases including the three that you did for me, now I am very happy with them but I was showing your designs to my sports guru and he has told me that footballers come and go and having a lineup may make the design redundant he loved the designs that you did for Tottenham, Aston Villa, Watford, England,Everton, Man.cityand West Ham the designs having the stadium so can l ask you to do another Dundee united and Dundee in that style and if possible an anonymous player..Many thanks hope I am not being a pest.
