These designs are for special birthdays. I have done them for 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th 90th and 100th. They are really easy to do. Just cut out the main topper and put onto your card stock.
Attach the decoupage and put on the sentiment tag of your choice. I've also done 4 matching inserts which are also on Craftsuprint.
