News & Updates from Amy Perrys Designs
This year has been such a tough year but thanks to modern technology i still get to see my mum dad and nan, it hasnt been easy as some of you may know they emigrated to spain earlier this year (designer nick bowley) and we had so many great plans this half term week i was supposed to be in Spain visiting them but obviously that cant happen and next year is looking unlikely too.Lots of birthday this week and we managed to squeeze in a birthday video call for my youngest who turned 10! its so nice to be able to see them all and know they are settling in well
I have a very fluffy chihuhua and she tends to get a bit urm messy (nicest way i could put it lol) and in these uncertain times its not the easiest trying to get her groomed so i found my husbands head shaves (im so sorry hubby) and i shaved her myself granted she hated it but it was well over due and she seems like a puppy again!
However! we didnt realise she had such a long neck under all that fur and now she resembles a alpaca which is so funny & cute! so for no reason whatsoever here is a picture of the alpaca for you to all giggle at!
Hello everyone as some of you may know my parents (designer Nick Bowley) have upped and emigrated to Spain, Its obviously been a very sad time for all of us as we struggle to adapt to not seeing eachother all the time but we will adjust im sure, they are currently in a caravan in England getting ready to jump on the euro tunnel across to France then onwards to Spain its so exciting a new adventure and lots of free holidays for me and my little family :) With all this thats going on my husband has been trying to distract me from it all so we had a well deserved day out to the local beach, my children love the seaside specially if they can find a few crabs!
So i havent posted a bit of news about myself for a while so thought i would this week, i havent been around much this summer due to two holidays to spain!
First time ive been abroad since i was about 12 so was amazing to do it all over again and this time bring my children so they can make some memories too!Sadly it came with a downside, i was only supposed to go on holiday once ........ however my nan fell and fractured her shoulder really badly 3 days before her my auntie and uncle were supposed to fly out to benidorm so she offered us her tickets, Amazing is a understatment but as you can guess was tinged with sadness about my nan, we managed to go on holiday all 9 of us a few weeks later and it made up for it!
So here is the 9 of us enjoying sunny spain! xx
My chihuhua is finally starting to enjoy our weather (now the sun has started to appear!) Because shes a mexican breed her vet has told me that she will always be cold here lol So shes constantly trying to find the sunshine or some kind of warmth, So she loved it when we had our heatwave (lasted 3 days but oh well!) Here she is enjoying the sunshine :) x
