Hi Folks! I'm just back from a few days in Perthshire with my husband and my in-laws. The weather was kind on the whole and we had a lovely time with my son and grandson.
This photo shows me (with my gold Crafty Bob bag of course!), my husband John and my in-laws at the Scottish Antique and Arts Centre in Doune, near Stirling - which is a huge antiques centre selling everything from stamps to furniture.
I could have spent a fortune if I'd had one!
Somethng started growing in one of our garden planters. We cou;dn't remember planting anything in it but decided to leave it to see what it was - if it was a weed we could just pull it out.
Imagine my delight when it turned out to be this gorgeous campanula!
Would you believe it? The snake has come back AGAIN!!! It obviously loves our garden. It's definitely the same one. I think this time we need to put it in a box and drive it away from here!
I just don't want to volunteer to hold the box while my husband drives though! LOL.
FINLAY SEES HIS FIRST EVER JELLYFISH This is a photo of me and my grandson Finlay on the beach at the bottom of my garden.
We are looking at a jellyfish in the water.
Finn had never seen one before and seconds after the photo was taken I had to quickly stop him from stomping on it!
I don't think he realised it was alive!
SHEILA RODGERS MEETS SUE NEEDHAM I recently had the pleasure of meeting Sue Needham, her husband and her dog, who regularly holiday in a cottage along the road from where I live.
We had a cuppa in the garden, enjoying the view.
Hopefully they will be coming back to the Isle of Mull very soon, and we can catch up again! The photo was taken in my garden.
