The contract between us

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

Craftsuprint website

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the craftsuprint Website, including users who are also contributors of craft projects, information, and other materials or services on the Website. The craftsuprint Website may contain references to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by craftsuprint. craftsuprint has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, craftsuprint will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly relieve craftsuprint from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the craftsuprint Website to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each and every website that you visit.

Accuracy of content

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

Damage to your computer

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website.We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Accounts

In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create a craftsuprint account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify craftsuprint immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Multiple accounts for the same person under different names are not permitted. Although craftsuprint will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of craftsuprint or others due to such unauthorized use.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering process.

Price

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out clearly in our website. There is a minimum order value of £5.00, orders under £5.00 will not be processed. All orders within the European Union are charged at current VATMOSS rates. All orders outside of the European Union are exempt of VAT but are subject to a 20% administration fee due to the additional costs associated with worldwide support.

Payment

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order . We accept no liability if an order is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

Downloadable Products

All the digital files ("craft downloads ") available on craftsuprint have been created by users who take total responsibility for their products. All items in our card making department are in .jpg format ready for print. Many users have written permission from the copyright holder to display their work.
It is important you read the users terms of use for extended usage.
Links in the dashboard to your downloadable purchases will expire after 7 days.
It is advised that you backup downloads purchased from the site to protect your purchases.

Your User Submissions and Conduct

As a craftsuprint Subscriber you may submit craft projects ("User Projects") and textual content ("User Comments"). User Projects and User Comments are collectively referred to as "User Submissions." You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, craftsuprint does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions.

You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize craftsuprint to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. You also hereby grant each user of the craftsuprint Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in User Projects terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Projects from craftsuprint Service. User Submissions supported by photographs may not be removed from the website without the consent of craftsuprint. Community user submissions may be retained at our discression upon closure of your account. You understand and agree, however, that craftsuprint may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of User Submissions that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in User Comments are perpetual and irrevocable.

In connection with user submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant craftsuprint all of the license rights granted herein. craftsuprint does not endorse any user submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and craftsuprint expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user submissions. craftsuprint does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and craftsuprint will remove all content and user submissions if properly notified that such content or user submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Craftsuprint reserves the right to remove content and user submissions without prior notice. Users must have a positive work ethic meaning they are honest, abide by our terms of use, have a positive outlook on craftsuprint and who represents craftsuprint the company in a positive way in all situations. Users cannot resell the licence to any of their craft sheets/kits while they are an active user on CUP. craftsuprint will not be held accountable for illegal material uploaded to the craftsuprint website and any legal obligations thereafter remain the responsibility of the subscriber. Traffic theft, ie directing craftsuprint customers away from the site for commercial gain will not be tolerated. User Submissions cannot be removed from the craftsuprint website while there are outstanding sales or ongoing promotions to our customer base via the internet or any other media. This would not be fair to the customers who have purchased the item or who want to take part in the promotion.

User submissions can be used by craftsuprint.com for marketing purposes without prior notification. You CANNOT resell our downloads either printed or electronically without prior permission. You CANNOT redistribute any graphics freely! Our images are not to be shared. You are NOT allowed to share our images through Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, MSN, Google or any other type of group for sharing images.

Account Termination Policy

Craftsuprint reserves the right to decide whether content or a user submission/subscriber is appropriate and complies with these terms of service for violations other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory/detrimental material, or bringing the company into disrepute. Craftsuprint may remove such user submissions and/or terminate a user's access for uploading such material in violation of these terms of service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Users who terminate their user agreement with craftsuprint.com for any reason will have all of their items removed from the craftsuprint website and will have their account settled in full according to the craftsuprint commission payment structure.

Digital Downloads Return Policy

We are sorry but we do not offer refunds on products sold in a digital format.

Physical Product Return policy

You may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Delivery

If you have purchased digital content this will be available to download immediately after payment. To download simply login to your Crafter Dashboard and click on Purchases > Available Downloads.

If you have purchased physical items then these will be posted using Royal Mail Services

Directing craftsuprint customers/users away from craftsuprint.

You cannot direct craftsuprint customers/users away from craftsuprint, this is forbidden and could result in the immediate closure of your account. All customer communications must be kept within the craftsuprint website and the exchange of personal information such as private email addresses, business website addresses and personal Facebook friend requests is not permitted.

Credit Card Security

We accept most major credit cards for payments. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We do not store credit card details.

Privacy Policy

Craftsuprint.com does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The information that we ask you to provide when you order is used to process your order to you and or to contact you if we need to contact you about your order.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If your cookies facility is switched off our website may not work on your computer. If this happens you will need to enable your cookie facility.

This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Taxes on Earnings

craftsuprint pay 'contributors' earnings on downloads purchased from this website. craftsuprint is NOT responsible for paying the taxes owed to governments 'worldwide' on these earnings. Our relationship with the 'contributors' is on a 'sub contractor' basis and it is up to the 'contributor' to declare their earnings from this website to the appropriate government department.

Commissions

All Designer & Crafter commissions are paid on the sixth working day of every month via paypal using your designated email address that you submitted when you registered with us. This can be changed at any time in your dashboard under Edit Profile. A £5.00 admin fee is incurred if we have to cancel and resend commssions to an alternative paypal address. Due to the spiralling costs of paypal payments it is now not viable to process monthly paypal payments under £5. To combat this and give our customers more all payments under £5 will be paid using store credit and will include an additional £2.00 payment. Customers can 'opt out' of the store credit bonus and instead will be asked to pay a £1 fee to help towards banking costs. If your earnings are over £5 then this will not apply to you.

Copyright

craftsuprint takes accusations of copyright abuse very seriously. In accordance with our DMCA licence we cannot log complaints from 3rd parties. Alleged abuses should be reported to the copyright holder who can then register their complaint via a DMCA Complaint form .
