Hi there I am confused a little as to which colours relate to which part of the barn... mainly the pieces coloured green and the 2 flat pieces coloured milk chocolate brown. Could you please shed some light on these pieces for me as I am trying to cut them in wood grain straw etc

HI i purchased this file and having a problem as it states it is too large when transfering to canvas so it is shrinking it and looks like a lot of work to get it to a sensible size .any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Reference cup714886_66824_scanncut second from front scene layer.

I have been able to download all files on scan and cut apart from the above.

The scan and cut machine will not open file as it states it is too complicated to download.

I have been advised by customer services to contact you re this problem

Purchased the deer and castle popup card in the Cricut Design Studio SVG version; the score marks are actually cut marks, and it is not editable :((( What am I supposed to do now? It's cutting where it should fold.

i have purchased this in svg and the candle holder section and top and bottom of box are not there instead it is the scene layer

I recently bought some paper bags large enough to place the table lamp design in for sale. The company 'White Paper Carrier Bags' asked 'what do I use their bags for'. I explained and included photos. They asked if they could put the photo on their Facebook page. CUP suggested that I ask you as I'm not sure about permission. Please could you advise.
