Need to know how to assemble this card please

i purchased this on ESTY, i need better print instructions, i went to sight, i is bleard,, CAN NOT READ !!!!!!! !!!!!!!

I have bought cards from you but you have instructions on how to stick them on the card so that the card closes. It concerns the card train and village and the Christmas Schwibbogen card

The assembly files for the Christmas Lights Schwibbogen template came through as jpg images and they are very tiny and I can't read them. Do you have other instructions?

Hi. I purchased the avg file yesterday and downloaded it however it didn't download correctly with parts of the globe missing and no statue? I downloaded other avg files and had no problems. Please can you check the file and resend it to me. I have contacted crafts u print who suggested this.

I recently purchased this item and it has many issues. I purchased the svg for the cricut and it does not score for folding nor does it finish cutting the large star and it has issues with on the red page with a ton of small cuts in the upper right had corner that cause a large cutting time delay. I would appreciate a full refund on this purchase, while I look forward to doing business with you again this file has areas that need work. Thank you, Melinda Wynn

hi purchased lovers on the bridge cup 882201 66824 svg format the other day, when I extracted it I then tried to import into brother canvas and there was nothing I reported to crafts u print and they then sent it me again by email but it is still no good there are 6 parts to the file and they are about a mm square which I can't hardly see, besides the fifth part which it says error and nothing is loaded can you advise please

I have down loaded the svg version into Canvas. However, the images are very small and they do not reflect the size that it states on the advert for it. If I group and resize them, they still do not resize to the sizes stated.

Do you have any instructions for constructing this card? None were included in my download.

Hi, I purchased this file for my scan n cut, when I load onto canvas, it shows as a small square in the top left corner. When I try to resize, I have to do one at a time, I can’t select all.

Should the pieces be the same size, or is there a ratio.? Thanks Lynn

Hello, I've just bought this lovely box card. Only part of the design is visible but when bringing it onto my ScanNcut Canvas the pieces are tiny. It looks as if there is more than one page but only one downloaded. I chose the the correct pattern for ScanNcut Canvas. Please help.

On May 26 I bought the pirate pattern svg for scanNcut machine. On July 11 I received a reply from you, re-checked the pattern file and replied the same day that I had downloaded the correct cutting file. You mentioned the file had multiple pages, but only one file with all the pattern pieces dowloaded. I still cannot use this file. Please help.

Hi - I checked the file and it opens ok. You could try opening it in inkscape (free software) to resize it , It seems for some reason it's opening the incorrect size for you, But I think canvas has had some issues recently with files being imported wrongly. Kindest regards. Ru

Hi Ru - As far as I can see, the reason it doesn't open in the correct size in Scanncut is because these particular 4 files are horizontal and too wide for the 12" mat. Even if I was able to use Inkscape (and I can't), I'd need to know the correct sizes to change the files to, but it would certainly be a lot easier if the files were presented vertically as the mat can be changed to 12" wide by 24" long if needed.

Would it be possible for you to re-jig these 4 files into the vertical as I can't wait to get a really early start on my Christmas projects. I really love the challenge of Scanncut, but at 73 years of age, I'm just not as speedy as I used to be. (Well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it). Kindest regards. Sandy Peeters

Hello, I bought the SVG file for ScanNcut this morning but have been unable to use the pattern. The message that appears says 'There are too many lines in this image so it cannot be converted'. It also looks too large to use on my mat, not all parts of the pattern are visible. Can you help please?
