We are hunkered down for the duration of this pandemic. I now have plenty of time to create new designs. We are safe, have food, clean fresh water, and a little bit of land to go outside and still be isolated.
Im also planting some vegetable and herbs because we dont know how long this will last. Thank God, we are blessed!
I just love the waters around Florida, especially when it is time for manatees to come inland to breed. They are truly gentle giants and its so much fun to go snorkeling with them. They are very large, and sometimes, at first a bit intimidating because of their size.
However, they are gentle and endure our human curiosity even around their young ones. The green on their backs is just algae growing because they do swim close to the surface and very slowly.
Its going to be a wonderful spring and summer here in Florida, USA!
My grand daughters on Christmas day, 2019. They are getting so big and are just as nice inside as they are beautiful outside. My daughter had a wonderful time this year with them. Happy New Year everyone!
There was no snow this year and the lake was not frozen for skating. A gorgeous tree set the theme for a happy day. I hope that they realize that Jesus is the reason for the season.
My wonderful daughter, got a new promotion. New job and new country. The software company is located in Ireland, and she will be working from home, Pennsylvania, USA. However, she just got news that she will be traveling to the UK in the spring for meetings.
She is very excited and I hope she can visit Stirling Castle in Scotland. We are direct decendents of Osbert Forsyth, one of the Governors of the castle, from many centuries ago.
Well thank God, we made it through the most recent hurricane. Unfortunately it hit the Bahamas. As with many church congregations, ours sent funds to help restore, heal and offer hope to the residents of the Bahamas.
The effects of Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas were among the worst experienced for any natural disaster in the country.
