I purchased Time to create A4 organizer/planner on Feb 7th, upon extraction I received Gift of roses basket mini kit.

Looking to reorder but would like to know if the same thing will happen again? I now have two gift of roses files, a third would be pointless. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Janice I have a small problem with the Calender planners. When I put the calender together with tape the month gets covered up? Is there any way around this. I have all of your planners and the papers are truly beautiful very pretty . Regards Noeline

when I print the pages they have a like a brown tint in places..went back and downloaded them again same thing ..it's even in the pictures is this suppose to be there ?//

Hi Janice, I have just completed the baby boy carousel but I encountered a few problems along the way.

Firstly I found that the measurements on pieces 8 and 8a incorrect. The middle panel needed to be wider in order for the panels to slot together.

Secondly pieces 12a and 15a did not seem to fit the completed pieces of 12 and 15.

I have made a few of your designs in the past and have not encountered any problems.

Is there anyway of adjusting the measurements and sending the file as an update. The design is lovely but I feel that I cannot sell the item I have made due to the ill fitting pieces spoiling the final result.

I have try to make your Organiser Journal diary, there was in Freebie Friday at december, 16. I think it is very nice. But I can't get the folder right. How did I fit the front to the back? Is there missing a page in the "pattern / instructions".

hi Janice. I have almost finished this brilliant project but am stuck with one aspect of it. I have joined the supports which go along the bottom to form the drawer inserts and i can see how the first set go on, but for the life of me I do not know how to fix the second set, without cutting them down into three sections. Any help you can give will be gratefully received.

Sorry yes it is me again. I have just finished making this beautiful kit but found that if I put the driver cab roof on it completely covers the windows. So to remedy this I cut a portion out of the roof and hid the join using a piece of the decoupage for the last wagon. You might like to shorten it a little Pam

Hello, In the details of this item it says 'Instructions are included' but I cannot find them.

I realize that you have said what each piece is e.g. back, front etc. but nothing else.

Have you any other instructions please?

The reason I bought this item is because I give away a lot of raffle prizes and thought this would make them but maybe its because I am in my 80's that I am having problems with it.

Hi, I'm just printing these sheets out to make my Journal, and I have noticed the on the Front Cover sheet, the words "Strap Front" are actually ON the strap, making it unusable. Can you fix this?
