This is Olivia, she is my granddaughter. She is looking all grown up for school picture day today. Standing in front of the roses in her front yard. They make a lovely backdrop. I cant believe how fast the time has gone, seems like yesterday she was just a toddler.
Now in the third grade, she is looking so sophisticated. Ready for those school pictures. I hope they come out as well as this one. Have a marvelous day!
Pictured are my twin granddaughter, Riley, and grandson Dawson. My daughter-in-law is in the middle. Homecoming is a big tradition in the south, and with this being their first year of high school, its also a must to participate!
As you can see from the look on their faces, they were willing participants. They are both very involved in school, and after school activities. We are wishing them both a productive and fun school year. Love you all!
Pictured are my younger twin granddaughter, and grandson, Caitlyn and Cameron. They were signed up for recreation cheer-leading and football. Luckily they were assigned to the same team. This is going to be so much fun for them, as the entire family are Georgia Bulldog fans!
I cant wait to see them participate. Go Caitlyn! Go Cameron! And Go Dawgs!!
Having a long holiday weekend for Labor Day, my son William and his family decided to have some fun. So they packed the car and headed to South Carolina. While visiting they took advantage of every moment.
They went on a haunted dungeon tour, as you can see in the photo, he and Olivia really hammed it up for the camera.
They also went kayaking for a little over 4 hours, and to finish off a fun filled weekend they went on a 3 hour boat wildlife Capers Island adventure.
Wish I could have been there!
School is in full swing now, and a new month is about to start. So Sundays are a great time to spend some special time together. Pictured are 4 of my grandchildren, they are siblings, and twins. Cant imagine raising two sets of twins.
Their lives are so busy, with school, sports, homework, friends, and just life in general. Family time is scarce, except for Sunday, after church. A great service to renew the soul, and a lovely meal for everyone to reconnect. Then its back to the daily routines of school, work, (for mom and dad) and all of the running around involved with raising four children!
Love you all, and keep up the good work.
