My daughter-in-law Morgan does so many fun outings with my granddaughter Olivia. On this day Morgan took Olivia and her friend for a fun filled day out! The first thing on the agenda was nails, a manicure and a pedicure. Lots of excitement there.
Next was a lovely luncheon, To finish off the afternoon was some shopping. What girl doesnt like to shop?? After some shopping, it was time for the day to wind down. A leisurely drive home some television and bed. What a fun day!
Well now its time for Olivia to attend the last summer birthday party for one of her friends. All of the water feature parks are now winding down. In a few short weeks they will all be closed until next spring. This little girl loves the water and swimming.
Its nice to have just a little more summer fun after the school year has started. Have a great school year Olivia!
Time sure does fly! This is my oldest granddaughter. She just started her first year of high school. Riley is a great softball player. She has been playing since she was four years old. Now in high school, she tried out for the school team.
Amazingly she made the junior varsity team, and the varsity team. Lots of ball to play on two teams. We are all so proud of her! Her hard work has really paid off! Go Riley!!
Where did the summer go?? It passes so quickly. Now Its time to go back to school. Its still hot, but summer fun is winding down. Liv is back in school now, so its time for a different routine.
Going to after school care, doing homework, and going to bed early again (she totally does not like that part).
Her mom takes the same picture on the first and last day of school each year to chronicle all of my granddaughters school year.
Im hoping this year goes as well as the rest. Happy first day of school!
Hi everyone! Well here in the south in Ga. USA, summer is winding down. School will begin in just a few short days. Seems summer was just beginning. Pictured is my sweet granddaughter Caitlyn, She is at a party at the home of one of her friends.
I wish I could have been there, what a beautiful place. That pool is just amazing. As you can see from the smile on her face, she was having a great time. She has three siblings, and none of them are ready to head back to school.
They want summer to last just a little bit longer...sorry kids, its time to get back on the school bus, learn, and do that dreaded homework.
